What you see in front of you is not only the update of a process, the format within which blogs are usually understood. Our blog is currently the result of our project. It serves as a repository and presents the archive of the selected records we obtained from the project participants. It also displays the work of our team as the members are visible in it, but more importantly, they noticably used a variety of media to provide such a rich collection of data. In that mixture of methods – audio, visual, textual, we have devised the way of work – a methodology itself consisting of all these aspects that were applicable to different stages of the project or different project contributors. We concluded that not all people have photos, not all are good storytellers, not all will want their picture taken, but all need to be given a chance to take part in the project if they want to, so it is up to us to find a way for it.
We hope that we have done justice to the accounts we got from our project/research contributors by diversifying the existing methods and applying them in digital space in order to create an online repository, available to people for other projects and investigations.

Participants in the workshops were citizens gathered around associations of pensioners of Belgrade municipalities Vračar, Savski Venac, Zemun and Novi Beograd, as well as individuals from other parts of Belgrade who joined the project during its implementation. We thank to all of them for their contributions.

Our gratitude goes also to individuals and institutions that supported the project: Children’s Cultural Centre „Majdan“, Dejan Joksimović, Dragan Udovičić, Glorija Martinović, Jelena Ilić, Slobodan Mandić.

The project is realised with support of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Serbia and the Secretariat for Culture of the City of Belgrade.
